Brian has been in restaurant design and development for over 25 years and has an outstanding record of successfully designing and managing restaurant projects nationwide as part of the Architecture and Design Departments for such Fortune 500 companies as Darden Restaurants and McDonald's Corporation. In his recent experience leading the Restaurant Development Team for the Atlanta-based FOCUS Brands Inc, he managed the design and development of four domestic restaurant concepts, consultants and development staff to achieve aggressive openings goals in a fast-paced corporate environment.
