As the Senior Director of Restaurant Development for the Atlanta-based FOCUS Brands Inc, Brian was responsible for all aspects of restaurant design and construction for the company including setting and managing all departmental goals, strategic initiatives and budgets, prototype design, FF&E selection, process development, vendor selection, consultant training and management, project tracking, value engineering, new restaurant openings, relocations and remodels for the portfolio of brands that included Schlotzsky’s, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Cinnabon and Carvel Ice Cream.
