Church's Chicken
As a member of the Church's Chicken Restaurant Development Team for the Atlanta-based AFC Enterprises Inc, Brian focused on new freestanding prototype development and providing architectural design services and on-going support to franchise partners developing new domestic Church’s Chicken restaurants. He designed conceptual interior and exterior designs, signage, site plans and created bid packages for the FF&E vendors. Brian successfully managed the design and development of over 80 new restaurants which included free-standing buildings, conversions, convenience stores and military bases.
In addition, Brian was selected to assist in the design development of test concept for Church's Chicken called "Southern Oven".
