As a member of the Design and Construction Team for Darden Restaurants, Brian was responsible for the review of the project due diligence and legal documentation, preliminary site design, contracting, training and management of architectural, MEP and civil consultants, construction document review, coordinating the permitting and landlord approval processes and supporting Construction Project Managers with bidding, code issues and RFI's during construction.
In addition, Brian was key in the new freestanding Tuscan Farmhouse prototype design that was created to lower the initial development costs and reduce construction time while maintaining the same comfortable Italian look and feel guests have come to enjoy at Olive Garden.
